- The campsite has a large parking lot, which is convenient for self-drivers to park.
- There is a convenient store in the campsite with a complete range of goods to facilitate the daily needs
- The campsite has an open-air viewing bar (2/F), which is suitable for a few close friends to have a drink and relax.
- The campsite brings guests different experiences, such as luxury-style Space Capsule, Pet-friendly Star Capsule, and Star Pod.
- All the campervan is fully equipped with all basic furniture, such as air conditioning, heating, refrigerator, shower room.
- There are four Star Pod in the campsite, which have a unique camping style and feel the luxury version of wild camping.
- Guests don't have to spend time setting up their own traditional camping tents, and they can also feel the camping atmosphere.

<取消訂單 >
- 若於入住日 - 前30日通知取消訂房者，可退回房費50%。
- 若於入住日 - 前29日內通知取消或未告知取消預訂者，則房費將全額沒收不予退還。
< 更改訂單 >
- 若於入住日前30日通知需更改訂單資料，每架營車需付$300手續費，只可改一次。
- 若於入住日前29日內通知更改訂單資料，訂單不能作任何更改。
- 如需更改或取消訂單，請於辦公時間內 <09:00-21:00>， 致電或 Whatsapp 9690 7171通知以作安排。如有任何爭議，Park Nature Hillside將保留最終決定權。

【登記住宿當天若遇上發生不可抗拒之因素 - 惡劣天氣安排】
- 如入營當天前兩小時發出一號、三號颱風信號或黃色暴雨信號，相關營車之入營安排將如常進行。
- 如入營當天前兩小時發出八號或以上颱風信號、紅雨或黑色暴雨警告，所有活動將取消，客戶可安排更改至60天內的其他同等價值之日期，惟須於7天內與登記處聯絡更改之入住日期。
( 如八號或以上颱風信號於入住後公佈，住客可以等到天氣情況有所改善後，於晚上自行安排交通離開，之後WhatsApp 96907171作改期安排。)
( 如住客應為不能安全離開營地，可以繼續入住到第二日退房時間 ，但並不能再作任何入住更改安排。)
